This article considers extremist speech actions through the theory of forensic examination, the theory of state and law, the theory of conflict. The aim is to update the concepts relevant to the formation of diagnostic sets and, accordingly, to solving diagnostic expert tasks in the framework of forensic examination of the materials of extremist and terrorist nature. Using the general-to-specific method, the author considers the concepts of «conflict», «social conflict», «speech conflict» through the notion of «contradiction», and differentiates the concepts of «conflict situation» and «conflict-potential situation». The author proposes his own definition of the concept of «speech conflict» in terms of forensic speech study and forensic science. Speech conflicts are divided in the article into those related and unrelated to aggression. It is proposed to introduce the concept of «criminogenic speech aggression»; its definition is given. In terms of the theory of state and law, the author proposes a definition of extremist speech actions. The article substantiates the distinction between the concepts of «speech act» and «speech action», and also considers the relationship between the concepts of «speech conflict» and «legal conflict». The obtained results are important for the methodological support of forensic examination of extremist and terrorist materials, since such findings contribute to the unification of the system of expert notions and provide the basis for the development of new approaches to the forensic examination of products of speech activity through the concept of «criminogenic speech aggression».
