| The article examines some problems of legal regulation of traffic violations. The results of the author's study of road traffic injury statistics are presented. Criminal and administrative law regulations that determine liability for crimes in the use of road transport have been analysed. Some proposals have been made to improve the prevention of traffic violations. |
