| The article examines the essence and features of rule of law violations in the implementation of administrative law enforcement. Based on various criteria, the types of rule of law violations are identified. In the author's opinion, not all violations of administrative law can qualify as offenses and entail legal responsibility of legal officials of public administrative bodies who have admitted such violations. |
