The article examines some issues related to the peculiarities in the organization of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of land legislation acts. The goals, directions and elements of the work organization of the Prosecutor's office on supervision of implementation of the land legislation are analyzed. The authors come to the conclusion about the leading role of the institution of prosecutorial supervision in ensuring the effectiveness of law enforcement practices and timely response to violations of Federal law.
