In this article, the author analyzes the basic principles of the organization and activities of the Federal Service of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardiya), describes the system of initial provisions underlying the functioning of this federal executive body. The author concludes that the organization and law enforcement activities of the Federal Service of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation is set in accordance with certain ideological foundations, based on the principles that require legal regulation.
