| From a theoretical and practical point of view, the issue of observing the rights of individuals and legal entities when applying measures to ensure the proceedings on administrative offenses is investigated. The author provides the rationale for the fact that the institution of administrative and legal rehabilitation consists of a set of actions aimed at restoring the innocent person in the violated rights and compensation for the harm caused. |
