The aim of this article is to analyze the concept of administrative procedural form and to define its types and properties. The methodological basis of the article is underpinned by modern achievements of the theory of knowledge. In the process of research, theoretical, general philosophical methods (dialectics, systems method, analysis, synthesis, deduction), as well as traditional legal methods (formal-logical) were used. Based on the study of various approaches to the concept of procedural form, the definition of this legal category is formulated. The administrative procedural form is considered as a type of procedural form, and its peculiarities are predetermined by the specific features of the administrative process, which constitutes its content. Based on the integrative approach to the concept of the administrative process underlying the study, the author distinguishes between two types of administrative procedural form: the one that is related to judicial aspects and the one that is related to administrative procedure. By describing in more detail the concept of judicial administrative procedural form, its features are revealed.
