| The article presents the author's view regarding the definition of the subject and the limits of court decisions’ appeal under the appeal and cassation procedure in the context of such principles of legal proceedings as competitiveness and legal definiteness. The author also addresses historical experience of appeal practices and analyses the modern legislation and court practices. Some new legislative proposals are made on the basis of the author's conclusions. |
