| The article presents an analysis of some countrs’ experience in ensuring the rule of law in law enforcement agencies. As a result of their study of ways to prevent violations of the law by law enforcement officers, the authors formulate their conclusion that the priority measures should include strict selection of candidates for service, a high level of control over the officials’ activities, close contact with the public in identifying the facts of violations by law enforcement officers. |
