The article considers some problems of applying the statute of limitations for administrative liability arising in the law enforcement practice of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation for the repayment of overdue debts and for bringing those responsible to administrative responsibility. The author's vision is presented regarding the need to differentiate administrative punishment, based on the assessment of the normative content of specific substantive rules of the Administrative Code and the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
