| The paper covers some features of legal protection of big data. Three main regimes of such protection are considered: as a commercial secret, as an object of copyright, and as an object of related rights (sui generis in the EU law). We also consider other means of protection of the big data content and of the results of its processing: in particular, by using the mechanisms of contract law, as well as by using the rules concerning unfair competition. |
