| Based on the analysis of law enforcement practices, the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation and departmental regulatory legal acts, the authors describe the features of training volunteer patrol members in the provision of first aid. The reasons for the corresponding gaps in the law are identified, and ways to eliminate them are proposed. |
