Abstract
The article deals with the problems associated with the participation of a psychologist and a teacher in criminal proceedings. The procedural actions of a psychologist and a teacher are analyzed. An attempt is made to clarify and regulate the rights, duties and role of a psychologist and a teacher in criminal proceedings.
