| Using the dialectical method, we analyze the factors that influence the formation and development of democracy in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the Russian state's historical path. An analysis of foreign experience in building democracy is given, the possibility of its use in the development of domestic institutions is assessed. The main problems of the current legislation that impede the development of various forms of democracy are identified. |
