The aim of this paper is to consider the main organizational and tactical features of the investigative experiment. We examine some problems arising from the use of tactics in the course of investigative experiments and ways to resolve them, as well as such problems that arise from the organization of a particular investigative action. Some tactical and forensic recommendations are given that would contribute to obtaining evidence in the course of investigative experiments in a more effective way.
