| Pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern stages of the development of domestic legislation on the invalidity of transactions are analyzed. We examine different doctrinal approaches to the definition of an invalid transaction that existed in the different periods of Russian law, and discuss its place in the system of legal facts, as well as its types and grounds. The most important results of the reform of civil legislation on the invalidity of transactions in 2013-2015 are identified. |
