The concept and essence of state antitrust control are considered, the analysis of the response measures taken by the antimonopoly authority in order to protect the rights of business entities is carried out. Based on the results of the study, it is substantiated that the control carried out by the antimonopoly authority in the field of protection of competition and suppression of monopolistic activity can be considered as one of the ways of administrative and legal protection of civil rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the field of entrepreneurship.
