«Good faith» as one of the fundamental principles of Civil Law has its application in the exercise of the secondary rights. The use by persons of legal opportunities that make up the content of the secondary rights and consideration of the interests of the opposite party due to its «connection» with the consequences of the exercise of the secondary rights necessitate the development of general, abstract characteristics of «good faith» behavior. The author uses some examples of legal regulation of relations, as well as litigation practice, to emphasize the fact that a person with the secondary right must necessarily take into account the actual, direct interests of other participants in the legal relationship.
