| Based on the normative approach to understanding the rule of law, the author proposes his definition of «violation of the legality of applying administrative coercion measures». Next, from the point of view of the sequence of actions to implement the method of coercion characterizing the content of the coercion measures, specific types of violations of the law are identified when police officers use administrative coercion measures. |
