| The article examines the proclaimed legal principles of advocacy and legal practice. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that in order to eliminate existing contradictions and ensure the rights of everyone to receive legal assistance proclaimed by the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is advisable to amend the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On Lawyers and Legal Practice». |
