| The article presents a review of processes implemented in the Russian language with the aim to produce an information impact on the population of the Russian Federation. The author links language manipulations with the manipulation of consciousness and destruction of the concept of "cultural identification". Based on the analysis of media texts, the most common means of such language manipulation have been identified (lowering the style, simplifying language forms, active use of borrowings). |
