| The article discusses the role of volunteers performing human rights functions in historical retrospective. The implementation of volunteering has always contributed to ensuring the state of personal security. Volunteers acted as subjects of human rights defense activities, philanthropists were included in the human rights system of the society as a part of the implementation of social functions for the charity of socially disadvantaged categories of citizens. |
