| The specificity of the application of liability to prosecutor’s officers for committing corruption offenses is considered. An opinion is expressed about the feasibility of introducing a concept of «service liability» into the legislation on the prosecutor's office, as well as in legislative acts on state and municipal service relating to corruption offenses, for which disciplinary responsibility may occur. |
