| The article discusses the impact of the implementation of constitutional right for education on the formation of legal conscience and culture of minor citizens. The author substantiates the assertion that the state provides the right for education, establishes the requirements for the necessary minimum legal knowledge, as a result of which it expands the knowledge of schoolchildren and carries out their legal education and guarantees by that means public order and well-being. |
