Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the new Federal laws dated 31 July 2020 - the Federal law «On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation» and the Federal law «On obligatory requirements in the Russian Federation» from the standpoint of ensuring guarantees of the citizens and organizations’ rights.
