In article, the proposals of experts of the USA directed to optimization of work on receiving DNA at a research of traces of fingers of the hands displayed on an adhesive tape are analyzed. It is noted that the prints displayed on the sticky party of a tape can be restored by means of solvents (chloroform, heptane) compatible to nucleic acid. Application of tampons of COPAN 4N6 FLOQSwabs promotes efficient carrying out solubilization of adhesive substance and an absorption of the organic solvent containing DNA sample. The offered protocol is effective at restitution of the DNA complete profile of the donor within 18 months from the prints received at a tape research.
