The article presents the original result of a study on certain problems of using a special (compromise) technology when making a court decision with the consent of the person with the charge against him. It is noted that the compromise technology, with the consent of the person with the accusation, established by Chapter 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, is expressed as a qualitative form of the modern criminal process and consists in mutual concessions of interested parties, where state bodies and officials of law enforcement and judicial authorities completely or partially refuse to use measures coercion and punishment, and the person who committed the crime commits post-criminal socially useful actions aimed at eliminating the consequences of the crime and actively contributes to criminal justice.
