| This article is devoted to the study of the functioning of the language in English legal material. The article explicates a generalization of theoretical views on the language functions of both Chinese, Russian, and Western linguists. The tasks were solved by a descriptive method based on a continuous selection of legal material and the context analysis method. Based on the analysis and theoretical justification, the author reveals the functional mechanism of the language being studied. |
