The international search system is defined as the totality of all actions taken aimed at finding a person who has escaped from the criminal prosecution authorities, the court or those in charge of the execution of the sentence abroad. The content of the complexes of actions forming the system of international search is revealed: the announcement of the international search; detention of a person declared on the international wanted list, his arrest and extradition; termination of the international search.
