| The article deals with gaps in the procedure for acquiring more than 30 percent of shares of a public society, the use of which in raiding can help establish control over a legal person. As a result of the analysis of these gaps, the author concluded that it is necessary to amend certain provisions regarding the procedure for acquiring more than 30 percent of shares in public society in order to more effectively counter raiding. |
