| The article analyzes the difficulties in the legal regulation of the separation of administrative and criminal liability in the qualification of the facts of water pollution. The author substantiates a proposal for the legislative consolidation of a single parameter that expresses the cost characteristics of the amount of damage caused by various types of water pollution. The recommended version of the Note to Article 250 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is formulated. |
