| On the basis of the study, it was concluded that it is advisable to involve the investigator in the preparation of the arrest of the bribe taker in the act. This will help to optimize investigative activities and will allow to promptly initiate a criminal case on the basis of the revealed signs of bribe-taking, to inspect the scene of the incident and other investigative examinations, the need for which arises after the arrest of the bribe-taker. |
