This article is devoted to the analysis of the formation and development of the theory of administrative justice in Russia in the late imperial period (from the end of the 19th century to 1905). The author paid the main attention to the study of the legal views on this institution of the largest legal scholars of that time, such as N.M. Korkunov,N.O. Kuplevaskiy, I.T. Tarasov. At present, the administrativeists are constantly turning to the imperial state-legal thought. This, in turn, indicates the high urgency of the problem posed in the article.
