Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of qualification of vehicles as mobile advertising structures, it is determined which vehicles can be classified as such, as well as whether it is possible to qualify them as stationary advertising structures. The definition of the concept of "mobile advertising structure" is given.
