| The article discusses some relevant methods of fraudulent attacks in their connection with the current norms of criminal law. The authors state that there is no need to design new criminal-legal means of combating fraud, as well as the danger of a negative impact of excessive regulation on law enforcement practice. According to the authors, the problems of combating fraud are currently outside the scope of criminal law. |
