| This article is devoted to the author's analysis of the doctrine of «market failures» widespread in economic science. The general doctrine of this phenomenon associated with the name of the British economist A. Pigou is considered. Attention is drawn to proposals to eliminate the consequences of «market failures» by means of labor law. On the basis of this doctrine, proposals are formulated for resolving modern problems related to the regulation of labor relations. |
