This article examines the German prepositional deverbatives of iterative and multiplicative semantics as a means of actualization of the meanings of the secondary taxis of simultaneity.In the course of the study, it was found that iterative deverbatives with semantics of derivational multiplication and genetic deverbatives-multiplicatives or deverbatives-iteratives when used with monotaxis and polytaxis prepositions of adverbial (modal, medial, causal, concessive, final) semantics act as actualizers of various variants of iterative secondary and multiplicative secondary taxis of simultaneity.
