The publication reveals the features of the work of the international scientific and educational forum «Russian traditions of everyday linguoculture in the Slavic border region», supported by the Russky Mir Foundation, held on May 17- 20, 2022 at the branch of the Bryansk State University named after Academician I.G. Petrovsky in Novozybkov. The most pressing issues that received comprehensive and deep coverage and practical-oriented embodiment at the scientific event were considered: the spiritual and material culture of the East Slavic border region in ethnolinguistic and ethnographic aspects; subject peace and everyday way of life of the population of Eastern Polesie in the XX-XXI centuries; nationally marked symbols of Russian traditions in the works of Slavic authors; experience in implementing linguocultural and intercultural aspects in the activities of a word teacher. The relevance of the forum's issues is related to the need to preserve the linguistic identity of the multinational people of the Russian Federation and strengthen intercultural dialogue.
