The article discusses the dynamics of replenishment of morphological classes of the verb with new units. The aim of the study is to identify the word-formation productivity of morphological classes of verbs in the coronavirus era, to determine the derivational, semantic and stylistic specifics of new verbs in the context of the dynamics of classes of 1960-2020. Word-formation, semantic and stylistic research methods are used. The material of non-geographical sources is involved: the editions of dictionaries of new words of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and the "Dictionary of the Russian Language of the Coronavirus era" of 2021, as well as Internet and media resources. The conducted research showed that all productive classes were replenished with new words that arose during the 2020 pandemic (coronavirus era); the highest productivity is characteristic of the 5th productive class of heads, the lowest is the 2nd one; comparison with data from previous decades showed a steady development of productivity trends.
