Abstract
The article examines issues related to the peculiarities of the implementation by the structural units of the Ministry of Defense of Russia of the mechanism for conducting anti-corruption expertise of legal acts. The procedure for conducting anti-corruption expertise is analyzed by the Legal Department of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
