The article is devoted to the analysis of problems in the field of control (supervision) of the justice authorities in relation to non-profit organizations. The aim is to analyze the contradictions of normative legal acts regulating the sphere of control (supervision) of the justice authorities in relation to non-profit organizations. The imperfection of the legal technique of the regulatory legal acts regulating this area does not allow for a uniform understanding in theory and law enforcement practice. The lack of a risk-based approach in relation to the control (supervision) of the justice authorities in relation to non-profit organizations leads to excessive administrative pressure on the non-profit sector. The methodological basis of this study is analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. On the basis of the study, legislative changes are proposed, as well as the introduction of a risk-based approach in the sphere of control (supervision) of the justice authorities in relation to non-profit organizations. Conclusions are drawn about the need to adopt a set of legislative measures in order to eliminate problems in this area.
