| The article reveals the characteristics of a special ruling (court ruling): obligation and enforceability. Controversial issues are discussed in the context of the analysis of judicial practice carried out at the level of the regional component (the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court). It is claimed that at the level of law enforcement the approach to establishing criteria of a special ruling (court ruling) enforceability is not uniform. |
