| This study aims to analyze the textual features of The Constitution of the People's Republic of China from the perspective of Thematic Progression (TP). Two types of TP are most common in it: these are simple linear and constant thematic types. Others are relatively rare, due to the peculiarities of the thinking model. An analysis of the types of TP is necessary for a better understanding of the meaning of legal texts, which is also of great importance for the development of new legal acts. |
