The influence of the Internet on social life, together with the new opportunities it provides, has prompted actors of historical politics to spread politically motivated interpretations of the past to the virtual space. New forms of representation of the past are used to establish the necessary historical narrative in this rapidly developing information environment.The aim of the study is to identify new strategies for promoting historical narratives used by the Polish Institute of National Memory (INM). In the course of the work, the analysis of the official website of the Institute, thematic portals, its pages in social networks, as well as projects presented in the annually published documents - "Information on the activities of INM" (2001-2021) was carried out.
