| The article discusses the provisions of the legislation on weapons and on administrative responsibility for its violations, which have undergone serious changes in the last few years. There is a tendency to increase responsibility, which does not always correspond to the goals of the state licensing and permitting policy and does not fully comply with the principles of proportionality, individualization of punishment, justice and expediency. |
