| The results of a comparative study of the territory and political regime of the state and the territory and political regime of interstate unions are presented. The main issues of their correlation are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of using the sign of the territory and the sign of a single political regime as criteria for distinguishing the form of government from the interstate union. |
