The article is devoted to the issue of corruption risks in the creative economy. The author comes to the conclusion that corruption in the creative economy violates the mechanism of market competition, leads to an unfair distribution of income, enriching the subjects of corruption relations at the expense of other members of the creative sector, entails an inefficient distribution of state budget funds allocated for the development of creative industries, especially when allocating subsidies. The activities of Rospatent in the field of anti-corruption have been critically evaluated. It is noted that without timely minimization of corruption risks, it is impossible to effectively counter corruption, and therefore it is proposed that Rospatent adopt a corruption risk map. The procedure of placement and execution of state and municipalorders of goods, works and services of the creative sector of the economy is investigated. To minimize corruption risks during procurement, it is proposed to create industry standards that include mandatory requirements for the description of the object of procurement, taking into account the specifics of creative activity.
