The purpose of the work is to study the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on employment and labor relations. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific methods (dialectical method, logical method, system method); private scientific methods (sociological method, statistical method); special legal methods (comparative legal, method of legal forecasting). The study revealed possible problems caused by the development of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (technological unemployment, precarization of labor). Legal ways of solving these problems are proposed, taking into account the forecasts of the development of artificial intelligence and foreign law enforcement practice in the field of labor.
