Abstract
The article is devoted to revealing the role of the feasibility of target indicators as a factor in the development of an industrial enterprise. The purpose of the work is to develop methods for assessing the feasibility of target indicators based on the level of development of factors of direct impact. Subject of study: theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the feasibility of target indicators, current measures to improve it. The object of the study is a group of enterprises for the production of noise-insulating materials from rubber compounds, Standardplast LLC. Scientific and methodological basis of work: domestic and foreign literature, statistical information (financial statements of the organization), materials of independently conducted surveys. The work uses testing, qualimetry, a scale of ratings of behavioral attitudes, logical methods of economic analysis, and a calculation-constructive method. The author proposes a systematic study of the influ- ence of factors of the external and internal environment of an industrial enterprise of direct impact on the feasibility of target indicators. Differences from known approaches consist in studying the influence of factors of direct impact on the feasibility of target indicators through the prism of such important processes as leadership and the development of management and work teams. An element of scientific novelty is the rule for determining the priority factor of feasibility depending on the level of professional competence and the strength of motivation of key employees in conjunction with the difficulty and urgency of organizational goals. The methodology is a composite one and includes a methodology for assessing leadership potential and a methodology for assessing the personnel potential of a management team. The possibilities of the methodology are demonstrated by the example of assessing the feasibility of the target indicator "increase in sales of new products when entering a new market." The proposed methodology, tested in Standardplast LLC, makes it possible to increase the economic efficiency and effectiveness of industrial enterprises and organizations by increasing the level of economic poten- tial and the degree of its use.
