Abstract
At the current moment in time, events taking place in the world invariably make adjustments to the global economic landscape. The imposition of sanctions, the departure of the largest companies from the domestic market, as well as the massive relocation of highly qualified specialists abroad, led to a sharp change in the functioning of the market. In connection with the emerging number of problems, in an era of change, it is very important to find those starting points, sustainable processes that you should pay more attention to, seize on them and build a certain sequence of effective actions for the development of enterprises. To this end, the state policy of our country is focused on the digital transformation of the economy, in connection with which the approved National Program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" adopted by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation singles out "Personnel for the Digital Economy" as one of the key federal projects, which in turn necessitates the definition of a unified standard of digital competencies of employees. In this regard, the key goal of this study was identified, which is to develop a model of digital competencies for employees of industrial enterprises. The following methods were used in the work, namely: content analysis of various scientific sources on digital competencies, structural-functional and economic-statistical analysis, etc. Also, in this paper, a general assessment of the digital potential of economic and social sectors by industry was presented. based on the Digitalization Index, as well as a comparative analysis of various models of digital competencies. The results of the study can be used in the preparation of various analytical materials, as well as for making managerial decisions.
